Raj Trivedi ( London)

Raj is a partner in ILS Rights’ London practice and is a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (FCCA). He has over 20 years of licensing experience gained both in industry and forensic consulting practice. Raj was formerly a director at PwC’s Licensing and Forensic Services practice in London. Prior to that, he spent seven years with The Walt Disney Company – Licensing, in Paris and London. He also set up and headed Disney Consumer ProductsÂ’ licence compliance team in London, covering Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Raj has conducted royalty audits throughout the world and advises clients on licensing best practices, contract compliance, and effective royalty audit programmes for revenue maximisation. His client industry experience includes Entertainment & Media, Character Merchandising, Music, Media Advertising, Sportswear, Luxury Goods, and Pharmaceutical sectors.
Raj has also provided expert witness testimony on licensing dispute cases, including assisting the American Arbitration AssociationÂ’s tribunal-appointed expert in determining amounts due in a licensing dispute involving parties across three continents.
Raj has spoken at various industry seminars, including Brand Licensing Europe, on licensing best practices and revenue maximisation. He is a member of the International Licensing Industry MerchandisersÂ’ Association (LIMA).

Serj Dhami ( Los Angeles)

Serj is a partner in ILS Rights’ Los Angeles practice. He has 25 years of professional experience, including 15 years specifically focused on the licensing industry.

He was formerly a Director at PwC’s Licensing and Forensic Services practice in Los Angeles and prior to that, was the Head of Disney Consumer ProductsÂ’ European Licensing Compliance Division at The Walt Disney Company in London, taking over from Raj.

Serj has conducted royalty audits worldwide and advises companies in the Consumer Products, Entertainment & Media, and Publishing sectors on licensing and revenue maximisation.

He obtained his Certified General Accountant Designation (CGA) from the CGA Association of Canada and has also received his Certified Licensing Professional (CLP) designation from the Licensing Executive Society of North America (LES).

Serj is also a member of the International Licensing Industry MerchandisersÂ’ Association (LIMA).

Allan Wong ( Hong Kong)

Allan is a partner in ILS Rights’ Hong Kong practice. Allan has over 20 years of experience in forensic royalty audit and financial accounting.

Allan worked for several years with KPMG in Hong Kong before joining The Walt Disney Company – Licensing, where he was a senior auditor and supervisor at Disney Consumer Products’ licence compliance team responsible for the Asia-Pacific region.

Allan has performed royalty audits extensively throughout the region for clients in a multitude of industry sectors and is fluent in both Cantonese and Mandarin.

He holds a degree in accounting and business management.
