ILS-Rights was set up by licensing professionals with the aim of providing clients in the licensing industry with objective and independent contract compliance and royalty audit services worldwide. We have an international network of affiliated offices based in London, Los Angeles, and Hong Kong, covering the licensee territories of Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA), the Americas, and Asia Pacific.

Our team has collectively over 50 years of royalty and compliance audit experience worldwide, gained both in industry and forensic accounting practice. Notably, our team includes former heads of licence compliance audits at The Walt Disney Company – the world’s largest licensed brand merchandiser in the entertainment and media sector – and former directors of PwC (formerly PricewaterhouseCoopers), one of the world’s leading financial advisory firms in licensing and rights management forensic services.
